ZOMG !
I went for cheer leading yesterday and it was freaking fun.
(:
But the first one hour was a torture man ! We ran 2 rounds on the track field and then did some stretching ! Then things started to get more and more fun ! Wheet. Did some hand movements and high kicks ! Haha
After that,I kept on "flying" and "flying" !
LOL !
Surprisingly, I did not suffer from any leg cramps today.
Shiok right !
By the way,it had been a long time since I exercise, I felt good after sweating. (:
AND AND AND I strongly encourage HUANG YITING AND HUANG YI LIN to join !
